This Accommodation Policy sets out the main terms and conditions regarding reservations, stays and the use of services at Zen Garden – Eco Lodge, with the aim of ensuring comfort, tranquillity, safety and a pleasant experience for all guests.

1. Reservations

Reservations are subject to room availability and will only be considered confirmed after confirmation by Zen Garden – Eco Lodge and, where applicable, payment of the required amount.

At the time of booking, guests must provide accurate identification and contact details, the number of guests and the intended dates of stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid identification document may be required from each guest at check-in.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the conditions presented at the time of booking.

Any additional services used during the stay must be paid for no later than at check-out.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation requests should be communicated to Zen Garden – Eco Lodge as early as possible.

Refund conditions will depend on the selected rate and the terms presented at the time of booking.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the applicable conditions and charges stated in the reservation may apply.

5. Number of Guests

The occupancy of each room must comply with the maximum number of guests permitted.

Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay in guest rooms without prior authorization from management.

6. Children

Children are welcome at Zen Garden – Eco Lodge.

Children may participate in appropriate cultural activities, weddings, birthday celebrations and other authorized events under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

7. Breakfast

When included in the room rate, breakfast will be served during the hours established by the property.

Guests with allergies, food intolerances, dietary requirements or other special needs should inform us in advance.

8. Tranquillity and Quiet Hours

Zen Garden – Eco Lodge is a place dedicated to rest, nature and well-being.

Guests are kindly requested to maintain an appropriate noise level, particularly during nighttime hours, and to respect the comfort and rest of other guests.

Parties, private events or the use of sound equipment require prior authorization from management.

9. Protection of Nature

As an Eco Lodge integrated into a natural environment, we ask all guests to help us protect and preserve the property and its surroundings.

Guests must not leave litter on the property or damage plants, trees, gardens, equipment or any natural features of the site.

We also encourage the responsible use of water and energy.

10. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or in any indoor areas where smoking is prohibited.

Guests must use only designated outdoor smoking areas.

11. Pets

Pets are only permitted with prior consultation and authorization from Zen Garden – Eco Lodge.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

We recommend taking special care of money, identification documents, electronic devices, jewellery and other valuables.

13. Damage to Property

Any damage caused intentionally or through improper use of rooms, furniture, equipment or other facilities may be charged to the responsible guest.

14. Guest Conduct

Behaviour that may endanger the safety, tranquillity or well-being of other guests, employees or the property will not be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of serious misconduct or failure to comply with the property's internal rules.

15. Sustainability

Zen Garden – Eco Lodge promotes responsible and sustainable tourism. We kindly ask our guests to contribute through simple practices such as:

• Responsible use of water and electricity;

• Reusing towels whenever possible;

• Proper disposal of waste;

• Respecting nature, local culture and the local community;

• Protecting gardens, green areas and shared spaces.

16. Activities and Experiences

Activities such as yoga, meditation, massages, workshops, cultural experiences and gastronomic experiences may be subject to availability, advance booking and additional charges.

17. Acceptance of the Accommodation Policy

By making a reservation and staying at Zen Garden – Eco Lodge, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Accommodation Policy, as well as the property's other internal rules.
